Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone signed in to the WACS site or playing on WACS-run servers. By signing in or joining a match, you agree to them.
Acceptable use
- No cheats, third-party tools, or modifications that alter the game state.
- No deliberate disruption — griefing, team-killing, server abuse.
- No abuse, harassment, or hate speech directed at other players in voice, chat, or Discord.
- No impersonation or use of someone else’s Steam or Discord account.
- Follow the league rules and any specific tournament rules in force at the time.
Account responsibilities
Keep your Steam and Discord accounts secure. You’re responsible for actions taken under your account, including matches you joined and messages you sent.
Suspension and removal
We can suspend or remove accounts for breaches of these terms, cheating, repeated abuse, or activity that endangers the integrity of the league. Suspensions are at admin discretion; serious or repeated breaches can mean a permanent ban.
No warranty
WACS is run on goodwill and provided as-is. We don’t guarantee uptime, that matches will always run, or that stats will always be correct. We try our best; we don’t promise perfection.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the people who run WACS aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site or servers, beyond what consumer protection law requires.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Changes
If we change these terms in a material way, we’ll update this page and bump the effective date at the top.
