Core Principles
Respect – Treat every player, admin, and staff member like a human being.
Fair Play – Compete honestly.
Commitment – If you queue or sign up, show up and finish what you start.
In-Game Rules
These apply to all PUGs, drafts, and league matches.
No cheating, scripting, external tools, or any form of unfair advantage (VAC, third-party, config abuse, etc.).
No smurfing or account sharing. If you're significantly higher rank than the lobby, play on your main.
No griefing, intentional team damage, or throwing.
No rage-quitting or leaving a match early. If you have a genuine emergency, let your team know.
No pausing without a legitimate reason. Use technical and tactical pauses when needed.
No excessive trash talk or personal attacks in all-chat or voice. Light banter is fine — racism, sexism, homophobia, or targeted insults are not.
Voice and Text Communication
No mic spam or constant background noise.
Keep voice chat constructive. Flaming teammates mid-round is not allowed.
Discriminatory, hateful, or sexual language in voice or chat will result in immediate removal.
Event Rules
PUG Matches
Be ready in the PUG server as soon as possible.
If you're captain, pick quickly and fairly.
No dodging after readying up unless you have a real-life emergency.
Draft Events
Show up on time. If you're late, you'll be replaced.
Respect the draft order and captain decisions.
Once drafted, you play for that team for the entire event.
League
Roster locks and substitution rules are posted in your team channel — follow them.
Captains are responsible for their team's behaviour.
A forfeit counts as an automatic loss. Repeated forfeits may result in point deductions.
Discord Rules
No toxicity, doxxing, or targeted harassment in any channel.
No advertising other communities, cheats, or gambling sites.
Strikes and Enforcement
We use a three-strike system. Context is always considered.
Strike 1 – Verbal warning and a 24-hour Discord mute.
Strike 2 – 3 to 7 day ban from all events.
Strike 3 – Permanent ban from the community and league.
The following result in an immediate permanent ban with no warnings:
Cheating or boosting
Serious harassment or hate speech
Throwing league matches for money or rivalry
Doxxing or real-life threats
How to Report
Use the #support channel or DM any admin. Include the following:
Your name and the offender's name or Steam ID
Screenshot or video evidence with a short description
Time and event type
All reports are reviewed. Filing false or revenge reports will result in strikes against you.
